Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals, while gaining valuable skills to advance your nursing career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing direct nursing care to residents.

  • Administer medications and treatments as delegated and supervised.

  • Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the nursing team.

  • Support residents with daily living activities and provide emotional support.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

    Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

  • Eligibility to take the NCLEX-PN and obtain an LPN license.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
