Your Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor Technical Procurement, where your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of procurement processes and the efficient utilization of available tools. As the captain of your team, you'll coordinate to facilitate smooth daily operations, drive progress toward agreed targets, and foster professional development.   • Ensure, within the team under supervisor responsibility, rigorous, consistent and efficient application of procurement processes as well as the usage of the tools available

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to insure smooth daily work between them and the team under supervisor responsibility

  • Follow and drive the progresses of the team under supervisor responsibility to reach the agreed targets as well as its professional development. Promote the company and corporate culture

  • Ensure procurement operational activities whenever necessary (back-up, dry-docks)

  • Propose and engage continuous improvement actions for the managed team as for the Procurement department

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, ideally in Purchasing/ Supply Chain or any related field

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the Maritime Purchasing and Supply Management or procurement sector

  • Experience in utilizing the maritime purchasing software and all internal tools used on procurement processes

  • Fluent in English and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

  • A high degree of result orientation and ability to communicate effectively
