Meta Client Solutions Manager, FMCG (STE, 2 years) in Hamburg, Germany

Summary:

We're seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Marketing Solutions team. Based in Hamburg the CSM will be part of our FMCG team, which provides marketing solutions to a range of traditional advertisers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.The CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Facebook customers at the core of everything they do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, the CSM is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.This is a fixed term contract for 2 years.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, FMCG (STE, 2 years) Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management

  2. Customer and Industry Knowledge (with regards to the FMCG industry)

  3. Marketing Solutions Expert

  4. Develop and enhance a deep knowledge of Brand Advertising and Digital Marketing, and accompanying Facebook solutions

  5. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)

  6. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams

  7. In partnership with Client Partner or Industry Manager, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

  8. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships

  9. Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

  10. Platform and Product Expertise

  11. Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business

  12. Influence product innovation based on client needs and feedback

  13. Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement

  14. Provide and oversee Facebook marketing strategy, align with client's key business objectives

  15. Translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights, synthesize results into recommendations)

  16. Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time targeting recommendations)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Strong experience as user of Meta platform and familiarity with Meta’s ad products

  2. Demonstrated understanding of the FMCG industry, and key clients within it

  3. Experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies

  4. Advanced Excel skills

  5. Experience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectives

  6. Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy

  7. Experience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels

  8. Strong project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail

  9. Experience providing insights and campaign optimisations/recommendations

  10. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  11. Experience leading and managing initiatives with support from team/manager

  12. Experience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a team

  13. Demonstrated experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights

  14. Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions

  15. Ability to guide adoption of products/solutions

  16. Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support

  17. Fluency in English
