As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be essential in delivering direct care and assistance to our residents under the guidance of licensed nurses. Your duties will encompass aiding residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as monitoring vital signs and communicating any changes to the nursing team. You will assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety through proper techniques, while also offering emotional support and companionship. Additionally, you will help with meal preparation and feeding, maintain a clean and organized living space, and accurately document care and observations. You will also provide support to Basic Care Aides (BCA) as they work alongside you.
