  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems.

  • Administering and managing legacy PBX systems to ensure uninterrupted communication within an organization.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PBX systems promptly.

  1. 2+ years experience Centrex Systems including:
  • Managing and administering Centrex systems, ensuring efficient and reliable voice communication services.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Centrex systems, maintaining high availability and performance.

  1. 2+ years experience with Cloud Voice Solutions including:
  • Delivering and managing cloud-based voice solutions to enhance the organization's communication infrastructure.

  • Transitioning traditional voice systems to cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and improved performance.

Description:

Our client in Nova Scotia plays a crucial role in healthcare telecom by providing IT and digital services that support the the government and healthcare sector. This includes the integration and maintenance of modern telecommunications technologies into government and healthcare services, enhancing communication capabilities and service delivery.

Overview: The client in Nova Scotia will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's voice communication systems. This role ensures seamless and efficient operations, leveraging both traditional PBX systems and modern cloud-based voice solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with PBX systems, including installing, configuring, and maintaining.

  • Proficiency in managing and administering legacy PBX systems.

  • Understanding of the voice industry and hands-on experience with Centrex systems.

  • Experience in managing and administering Centrex systems.

  • Experience in delivering and managing cloud-based voice solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in both traditional and modern voice communication technologies, who can ensure the organization's communication systems are efficient and reliable.
