Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that blends leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to manage the daily operations of our Hainesport warehouse, facilities, and inventory. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse team, coordinating workforce schedules to meet the demands of our business, and ensuring efficient distribution and delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving timesheets, managing temporary staffing costs, and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.

You will lead and manage a team of delivery and warehouse staff, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes growth and development. Your role will involve collaborating with union leadership to maintain strong relationships while adhering to Collective Bargaining Agreements. Partnering with Human Resources, you will identify and develop talent, manage employee performance, and ensure adherence to company policies. You will also handle non-routine customer, warehouse, and delivery issues, and oversee facility maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Your leadership will be essential in maintaining our safety program, managing worker's compensation cases, and staying compliant with quality, environmental, and safety regulations. You will exhibit intrapreneurship and ownership behaviors, taking bold initiatives, encouraging innovation, and holding yourself and your team accountable to high standards.

As a supervisor, you will develop, coach, and mentor your team, conducting performance evaluations, and managing salary adjustments. What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in operations management reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of experience in operations management reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Supervisory or management experience.

  • Thorough knowledge of distribution, warehousing, customer service.

  • Experienced in union environments and contract negotiations.

  • Experience working with cross functional teams.

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

    Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $102,600.00 - $154,000.00

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
