Now Hiring: Civil Construction Foreman/Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Foreman with over 2 years of project management experience to oversee civil construction projects

Primarily Federal Government projects

The ideal candidate must be capable of ordering materials and obtaining a secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Oversee civil construction projects, mainly Federal Government projects.

  • Order and manage materials for construction projects.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate and manage project teams and subcontractors.

  • Operate heavy equipment as needed.

  • Interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with project specifications.

  • Manage utilities engineering tasks as required.

Essential Skills

  • Project management experience (2+ years).

  • Experience in construction and civil construction management.

  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance.

  • Proficiency in materials management.

  • Heavy equipment operation skills.

  • Strong computer skills, particularly with the program Foundation.

  • Proficiency in blueprint interpretation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with pipes and utilities.

  • Ability to step in and operate equipment if needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00

Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)- package is in the attachments. DLG DOES PAY 100% OF BENEFITS FOR THE EMPLOYEE

401k- 50% match up for 4% of gross income

6 Paid Holidays (new years, memorial day, independence day, labor day, thanksgiving day, and Christmas day)

1 Company paid floating holiday- determined by management

Vacation: 1 week after 6 months of direct employment, 2 weeks after 1 years, 3 weeks after 10 years
