Our client is upgrading their credit card devices at all their PSCs (patient service centers) and IOPs (in office phlebotomists) including kiosks (waiting rooms) and magtek readers (behind desk credit card readers). This resource will be responsible for a territory and going from site to site to that is laid out for them in a specific order based on locations that are closest to hub so if they need support they will be nearby local techs and as they get more involved and into project they will venture out to the outlier locations that may be up to 2 hours away (one way).

This Northeast Division has separated their territory into 2 sections. North Jersey which person will need to be in 10 mile radius to Wayne, NJ and South Jersey/Delaware which can sit within 10 miles of New Castle, DE or Haddon Heights, NJ. They will need 1 person in North Jersey and 2 people in South Jersey. The person in North Jersey may end earlier so they can provide more support in South Jersey but if that person is willing to commute then they will accommodate that as well.

This position is for the South Jersey hubs which will be based out of 500 B Grove St. Haddon Heights, NJ 08035 and 212 Cherry Lane New Castle, DE 19720. We can have one person sit at each location or both people sit at same location.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

They will be on the road 90% of the time and so they will be paid windshield time but the client expects them to hit 3 sites a day on average based on the project/territory per each tech.

They will have documentation/script to follow. Hardworking person as they will be literally on hands and knees physically- removing and putting in new magtek readers. Need small Phillips screwdriver as they will have two small screws to secure. There are a few things missing on interface and where to click but will get that fixed prior to this person starting.

They will have excel of sites to hit in order if some are neighboring then they can change order around but have it organized closest to furthest so they get comfortable with process first before venturing out.
