Sr. Project Manager- Logistics

Hackettstown, NJ , Flowery Branch, GA, Cleveland, TN, Chattanooga, TN or Chicago, IL

This experienced Senior Project Manager will be critical in leading planning and execution of logistics initiatives.

What are we looking for?

BS/BA in supply chain, engineering, or business
5 years of professional experience in project management, manufacturing and/or supply chain roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience with risk management, scope, and timeline development.
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
Knowledge of logistics, automation, and supply chain management principles preferred.
Ability to move in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.


What will be your key responsibilities?

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and keeping cross-functional team members accountable for deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a major project.

Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery within the defined timeline.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including internal and external teams, to achieve project goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks proactively.
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Lead other relevant warehouse initiatives as needed.
