Job Description

1. 신제품 초기 유동 관리시 SC/CC 항목의 공정능력 작성/보고.

2. 4M 변경 초도품 관리, Customer limit(한도견본) 숙지 및 능숙한 검사 계측기 사용

3. 부적합품 격리 및 containment action, 출하금지 요청

4. 작업자/검사자 교육 훈련(Mind Set / Quality Mind Level up, 측정스킬) 및 품질 이슈 사항 재발 방지 교육참여.

5. Inspector Skill Level up , lesson learnt 품질교육 참여

Work Description

-셋업시 초품, 순회검사, 종품(order end) 치수검증 및 외관품질 확보

-소급조사를 위한 holding request 및 소급조사 참여

-Data gathering 및 검사이력 QIP작성, TARS 입력 외

Qualifications

•QIP, SAP, TARS

•공정 및 제품(도면) 이해

•제품추적 및 봉쇄조치

•변경점 관리 및 절차숙지
