ManpowerGroup Data Entry Specialist - Part Time in Gwinn, Michigan

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist - Part Time (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

Location: Gwinn, Michigan

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per Hour

What’s the Job?

  • Use Microsoft Dynamics GP, Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, and Autodesk Vault to reference relevant documentation and maintain manufacturing data.

  • Check Manufacturing Orders (MO), then enter documented time for each stage for financial tracking and follow process to close the MO. Other tasks related to MOs could also be included.

  • It could be done in a few hours per day or a couple days per week, with some weeks having heavier workload than others, particularly at the end of the month.

  • The position will last a few months, until we get our new ERP system up and running. We don’t have a go live date for that yet, though, so can’t say for sure how long it will be needed.

What’s Needed?

  • Criminal Background Check.

  • This role requires a close attention to detail and ability to quickly learn to navigate new computer programs.

  • Administrative experience is important.

  • Strong computer and organizational skills, with the ability to learn 2-3 computer

systems and manage changing priorities with a variety of different tasks.
