Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, fostering a welcoming and engaging clinical culture within our Outpatient Services Department.
- Provide supervision and clinical leadership to assigned program staff, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance with credentialing requirements.
- Oversee comprehensive training programs to equip staff with skills for integrated, person-centered treatment plans.
- Maintain ongoing quality management of documentation, ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Deliver clinical services including intakes, treatment plans, crisis counseling, therapy, and care coordination.
