Stryker Specialist Intern Program Management in Gurugram, India

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the structure and objectives of the internship program to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Manage a large cohort of interns (approximately 200 annually), ensuring a structured and meaningful experience that promotes learning, engagement, and professional development.

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure program success, retention, and intern satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with Talent acquisition team in recruitment campaigns in collaboration with campus recruitment teams and academic institutions to attract top talent.

  • Oversee the selection process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, to ensure a high-caliber intern cohort & develop and lead onboarding sessions to integrate interns into the company culture and introduce them to company policies, expectations, and resources.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with interns and their mentors or managers to provide support, address concerns, and ensure smooth progress.

  • Develop evaluation tools and conduct midterm and final performance assessments to track intern achievements and areas for improvement & support during full time conversation of PGETs

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years experience in HR or employee training (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and training software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
