Primary Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to the defined Ops delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc.

  • Participating in sprint planning, grooming calls and retrospectives

  • Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA

  • Job monitoring, analysis, debugging problems, PLM tasks, providing code fixes & testing. Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan

  • Ensuring timely updating of Service Now with resolution data, root cause

  • Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team

  • Active Contribution in Design reviews, Story Development, Test Case Creation, Test Case Execution/ functional Testing, Performance Testing and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision

  • Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Experience in supporting application in Cloud environment (Kubernetes preferred)

  • Fair experience in working with agile methodology

  • Solid knowledge of .Net, C#, VB.Net, and the integration of 3rd party APIs, SQL databases, GItHub Action, Azure DevOPS

  • Sound knowledge of SDLC

  • Exposure to Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute)

  • Exposure to Functional/ Regression/ Performance Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute)

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimum support/mentoring

  • Proven ability to develop, test, deploy, and maintain to improve software performance, maintainability, and resiliency

  • Proven ability to identify and investigate problem areas, conduct root cause analysis, propose and implement mitigating solutions

  • Proven ability to document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

  • Proven ability to improve processes supporting all aspects of the software development lifecycle including source code management, testing, automation

  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience of handling of OM applications

  • Background in healthcare industry applications
