Primary Responsibilities:

• Planning for the future user interface2

• Selection of the most suitable technologies for development

• Selection of optimal design solutions for the customer

• Perform complex product analysis as well as development duties that may include significant research and analysis

• Research, analyze, design, and deliver solutions that are appropriate for business and application development strategies

• Work with cross functional, globally dispersed development teams to support development efforts to meet business requirements

• Participate with the design and development of new projects and enhancements based on evolving business needs

• Interact with internal users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications

• Develop unit and integration tests for all written software programs and components. Follow test driven development approach

• Develop microservices using integration/collaboration concepts, technologies, and patterns - such as REST, JSON, message queues, FHIR

• Mentor junior developers on the team with programming standards

• Perform DevOps role and support, enhance the application developed

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Eligibility

To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 12 months in the current Role/Grade/Level

• Not on Active CAP at the time of applying for the IJP

• Employees currently at Grade 26 will move to the next grade and Grade 27 (Lateral Movement) can apply for this position

• Last Review rating of Meets Expectations or Exceeds Expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in engineering/technology or master’s degree in computer science or in a related field

• Very solid Angular skills with 8+ years of experience in developing SPA using Angular

• Proficient in Java and related technologies/frameworks (Spring boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Junit, etc.) with 4+ Years of experience

• Experience in application containerization, familiar with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure public Cloud, GitHub, GitHub Co-pilot, GitHub Actions etc.

• Experience in writing, maintaining, performance tuning SQL/PLSQL and the ability to write complex SQL, understand complex procedures and triggers

• Experience in delivering solution through Agile methodology including daily participation in Agile ceremonies

• Knowledge on Public Azure and it's various resources

• Knowledge of databases: MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase, MySql etc.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented design and development

• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Exposure to multi-tiered enterprise applications

• Able to work well within the constructs of an agile development process, including SCRUM, Unit Testing, Continuous Build, and Integration, etc.

• Proven excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, skills in dealing with a diverse population

• Proven passionate about technology, problem solving, learning new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge

• Expert knowledge of Angular. Building and implementing top-notch user interfaces using JavaScript and the Angular framework

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience

• Ability to meet scheduled task requirements within assigned deadlines

• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and team members

• Proven good analytical skills and should be able to understand and present trends in business metrics to senior leadership
