About the role:
Needs to work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines. This role involves designing and analyzing the healthcare reimbursement model. Be able take up new initiatives, managing team and MIS reporting, maintain synchrony in the team. Collaborate with external & internal stakeholders, work effectively in a growing team, be a strong team player. Be able to create and define SOP’s, TATs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
What you will do:
To manage team with associate to process specialist. To control Shrinkage and Attrition
Monthly or twice in a month one on ones, Quarterly performance discussions, incentive discussion and team engagement activities.
To keep team in discipline, have good ProHance report for team exceeding thresholds.
All workflow management, projects management, work deliverables within TAT
Proper client communications, team calls, Site calls and internal and external stakeholders’ communications and management, presenting team’s performance.
Maintaining proper data for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and evaluation for predictive analysis.
To do TNI for quality feedbacks and get training done for quality improvement.
Managing New hires training and mentoring allocation
Team member’s allocation in databases as per FTE requirements
To manage daily huddles, challenges, any conflicts within team or with external team members
To drive projects, ideas, initiatives individually and with team members within team or with associated team, encourage and help team members to take initiatives for time/FTE saving and efficiency improvements
To collaborate with RIS processes so have some knowledge for RIS sub processes.
Maintain MIS related to analysis and reporting.
What will you need:
Graduate degree Preferably in Statistics\ Mathematics\ Economics\ Commerce\Finance from a reputed educational institute
Team management skills, reporting and call handling skills, excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
Preferable advances excel, SQL and other analytical tools tech skills.
Preferable - 11-13 years of experience in US healthcare, RIS (Revenue Integrity Services) processes knowledge
