We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, AI/ML to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background in any programming stack, including but not limited to Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js. This role requires hands-on experience with AI/ML, preferably using cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI. A solid understanding of Generative AI and the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
Develop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with business goals
Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Technical Expertise:
Utilize solid development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Project Management:
Manage multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insights
Present project updates, results, and recommendations to senior management
Innovation and Research:
Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/ML
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Proven solid background in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to possess robust data engineering skills in EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), building and maintaining AI/ML data pipelines
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Degrees, Diploma or Certifications in the field of AI/ML
Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI
