Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced network security measures to safeguard data, software, and hardwareImplementation of configuration change activity for firewall/security devices & tools
Monitor network traffic for anomalies and respond swiftly to security incidents
Conduct comprehensive security assessments and vulnerability testing
Develop, implement, and enforce robust security policies and procedures
Perform in-depth analysis of security incidents to identify root causes and impacts
Prepare detailed incident reports and provide actionable recommendations for remediation
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure cohesive security strategies
Stay abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technological advancements
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in network security and incident response
Solid knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Email Security, SIEM and other security technologies
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
