ROLE PROFILE
Job Title:
Senior Analyst – Intercompany
Reports To:
Manager
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Position works in the RTR team and teamwork is essential.
Purpose of Role:
Ensure all Intercompany transactions reconciled for trading and non-trading activities and Perform month-end reporting activity for intercompany BFC schedules and eliminate intercompany mismatches.

Accountabilities
Perform accurate and timely IC recharges as per the laid out policy / procedure
Perform month-end reporting activity for intercompany BFC schedules and eliminate intercompany mismatches
Maintain meticulous controls across RTR Intercompany accounting processes– CARM activity
Ability to coordinate with different collaborators and ensure timely clearance of Inter Companymismatches
Support statutory and internal audit requirement in the Intercompany domain
Financial reporting, reduction of aged debt balances by timely ICO AR collection, ICO AP payment and issue resolution of the automated, semi-automated and manual intercompany trading and non-trading activities.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Qualifications
- University graduate or equivalent experience, BCom, MBA in Finance
Experience
3-6 years of meaningful work experience in F&A BPO or any other industry.
Good understanding of the trade and non-trade intercompany process and their accounting implications.
Customer care and team playing skills
Conversant with all finance modules in SAP application.
Crucial Skills :
Good understanding of the trade and non-trade intercompany process and their accounting implications
Experience in reconciliations
Understanding of accounting
Barriers to Success in Role (Optional):
Lack of experience in Intercompany process
Lack of good knowledge in Intercompany Accounting.
Adapt readily to change, multi task and work in a team
Communicate, build outstanding relationship and network with all the relevant collaborators in market.
