We are recruiting for an experiencedPeople Partnerbased inGurgaon(India). This role involves uplifting people managerial skills, support, train and coach managers in their day-to-day managerial journey. This role involves facilitating key global processes such as Performance Excellence, Talent Reviews and they will be responsible in delivering and executing the overall People strategies required to optimally support the business goals aligning to corporate objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the recruitment partners to acquire talent that meets current and future business capability needs, leadership skills. Utilize appropriate tools and resources aligned to global processes.

  • Talent and Succession Management: Build an organization with Talent Agenda – Review, Development, Management, Succession Planning for the functions/business areas you support in the countries.

  • Learning: Define, deliver and monitor local learning programs, adapt and deliver global leadership programs locally to address significant gaps and upskill when needed. Deliver manager checkpoints, employee training/information sessions to upskill on internal processes and tools.

  • People and Organisational Changes Management : Provide support to managers in local organizational design, conduct Union consultations where applicable and ensure proper implementation of change through clear handover to the operations team.

  • Employee Engagement: Build an organization with reputable culture- managing culture survey action planning initiatives.

  • Labour Relations: First line of upkeeping labor legislation requirements and employee handbooks and various policies. Conduct union relations/consultations where applicable.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Define compensation and benefits of the respective country. Payroll, Leaves, Tax and Incentives management via payroll vendor. Salary setting and job grading up to hay Grade 18 and within reward principal framework. Structuring, updating and maintaining employee benefit scheme.

  • Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end new hire orientation and experience for new manager and employees (through programs and partnership with managers) to manage onboarding of new hires, relocations, international assignments, consultants, new managers, etc.

  • Offboarding: Responsible of facilitating termination decisions in roles and best process to minimize negative impact. Ensure proper exit agreements and documentation. Support managers to conduct good exit interviews. Ensure handover to Service team for finalization of termination actions.

  • Market Intelligence & Analytics: Drive key focus activities in Leadership teams through clearly defined local KPIs and measure progress with data points. Analyze local/team/function people data and statistics and provide relevant data driven insights and recommendations to people managers/local leadership teams.

  • Projects: Initiate and manage defined projects to drive continuous improvements within the People area. Ensure that local perspectives are well incorporated into best practice solutions.

  • University Business Degree in the Human Resources, Labour Relations or equivalent experience

  • Successful track record of 3 years in international HR Business Partnering, leadership / Services / Generalist roles.

  • Strong knowledge and understand of country labour regulations, laws and Union practices.

  • Human Resources Management Applying an understanding of human resource management (HRM) practices, policies and principles.

  • Fluent in English

    OTHER INFORMATION

  • People partners in the cluster are expected to support with key activities in other countries, business areas and functions when needed from time to time.

  • Leading various projects is an essential part of this job.
