Position Overview
The Manager, Business Analytics & Product Management, will be focusing on the development, optimization, and management of pre-sales analytics tools. This role will assist in quantifying the value of Mastercard's services, driving client engagement, and supporting strategic business outcomes. The Manager will help design, refine, and implement tools that enable internal teams to effectively communicate service value, optimize pricing strategies, and contribute to business growth. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a keen ability to translate business needs into effective tools and solutions, with a focus on integrating AI and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Role Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Value Quantification & Tool Development
o Assist in developing and enhancing AI-driven analytics tools to help internal teams quantify the value of Mastercard’s services, enabling effective communication of service value and boosting customer engagement.
o Support the creation, optimization, and lifecycle management of pre-sales analytics and pricing tools, ensuring they contribute to improved business outcomes.
- AI & Analytics Integration for Strategic Impact
o Leverage AI and advanced analytics techniques to enhance pre-sales tools, enabling data-driven insights that support pricing strategies, service value quantification, and customer engagement.
o Help optimize pricing strategies by analyzing data patterns and customer behaviors, contributing to the development of data-driven pricing models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Go-To-Market Support
o Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Product teams to ensure AI-powered tools meet business requirements and contribute to strategic decision-making.
o Support the integration of pre-sales tools into go-to-market initiatives, empowering teams to deliver insights and communicate service value to customers more effectively.
- Insight Generation & Reporting
o Help generate actionable insights from AI and business analytics, providing clear, data-backed recommendations for pre-sales efforts, pricing optimization, and customer engagement.
o Assist in creating AI-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate tool value and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Tool Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
o Support the ongoing optimization of pre-sales and pricing tools, identifying opportunities for integrating AI innovations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business impact.
- Team Support & Leadership Collaboration
o Collaborate with the Director in mentoring and supporting a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, particularly in the application of AI and analytics.
All About This Role
• Business Analytics Expertise: Strong background in business analytics, with experience in developing AI-driven tools for pre-sales value quantification. Skilled in analyzing data and generating insights that drive customer engagement and business growth.
• AI & Analytics Integration: Hands-on experience integrating AI techniques into business analytics tools, with a solid understanding of how AI can optimize pricing strategies, enhance decision-making, and improve pre-sales efforts.
• Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Solid understanding of pre-sales processes and the ability to develop AI-powered tools that enable internal teams to effectively communicate the value of services to customers.
• Tool Development & Management: Experience in managing the full lifecycle of AI and analytics tools, from development and implementation to optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.
• Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate complex AI-driven insights to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pricing Strategy Support: Familiarity with using AI to support the development and optimization of pricing strategies, helping internal teams create more effective pricing models that align with market conditions.
• Execution Focused: A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to ensure that AI-powered tools and solutions are delivered on time, meet business needs, and drive measurable business value.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Ability to stay on top of emerging AI trends and continuously adapt to evolving business requirements, integrating new innovations into tools and processes.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics, data science, or AI/ML are preferred.
