What you will do:

Planning & Process Excellence

  • Develop, manage, and maintain an accurate demand forecast across the medical product portfolio by analyzing sales trends, market conditions, and customer demand.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather and incorporate market intelligence, promotional activities, sales funnel and new product launches into the demand plan

  • Drive data driven forecasting process, identify trends, and support decision-making in supply chain operations

  • Drive Executive Demand Review (EDR) processes by providing data, reports, and insights that support short, medium and long term decision-making

  • Develop and maintain supply plans that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing excess stock

  • Coordinate with suppliers, distribution centers and logistics to ensure supply chain efficiency and on-time delivery.

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels at distribution centers, minimizing stockouts while balancing inventory costs.

  • Manage safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead times based on demand variability and supply chain constraints.

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce excess and obsolete inventory, improving working capital.

  • Develop and maintain supply chain plans in line with business objectives, including demand forecasting, inventory management and warehouse capacity planning.

  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs such as forecast accuracy & bias, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and excess & obsolete inventory.

  • Ensure alignment between warehouse & distribution capacity and customer demand while minimizing costs.

Project Management & Process improvement

  • Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement of Medica supply chain

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

  • Manage change initiatives related to supply chain processes, technologies, and strategies

  • Analyze data and supply chain performance metrics to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for optimization

  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.

  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information

  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.

  • Prepare and communicate Risk mitigation plan to all stake holders

  • Improvement in Cost per Delivered Shipment (CPDS) and (or) improvement in customer focused SLAs with each executed project

Order Management

  • Track orders through the entire order lifecycle, from entry to fulfillment, ensuring all steps are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Communicate with the warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders

  • Accurately manage customer orders into the order management system. Verify pricing, product availability, and terms of sales to ensure accuracy in all orders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal & external customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process

  • Ensure all order-related data is entered and maintained accurately in the order management system.

  • Verify that all orders are executed in compliance with customer requirements, including special instructions or custom packaging

What you need:

Professional Experience & Required Skills:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Management, Engineering with 4-5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Project Management & Process Excellence.

  • Strong ability to lead discussions with the business to analyze, configure and model processes in Supply Chain Management (SCM) backed by strong data analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Knowledge of business processes, industry standards, best practices, customization, and developments

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can handle the unexpected with flexibility.

  • Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP or similar) and advanced planning tools (APO, Demantra or similar)

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
