Google Financial Analyst, Ads Operations in Gurugram, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with analysis in high volume data environments.

  • Experience managing or supporting global operations teams with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication.

In gTech Finance our mission is to illuminate the path to simplicity and sustainability, at scale, for gTech. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders in the gTech Ads Ecosystem to enable customers to succeed in their advertising journey through excellence in support and services.

As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with business leaders to understand value drivers and develop insights on investment strategy, and work with the broader Google Ads Ecosystem to influence product investments from a customer-first mindset. You will collaborate with Strategy, Operations, and Sales teams to develop annual budgets and to innovate Google's exceptional customer service strategies.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

  • Own and be responsible for maintaining financial models, driving the monthly forecast process and variance analyses, and supporting Monthly Business Reviews, as well as ad hoc analysis for various operations functions.

  • Manage business planning, analytics, and reporting; help drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles.

  • Own forecast and planning models; deliver monthly forecasts, pacing updates, and volume mix rate analysis.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on cross-functional teams.
