We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

• Site Manager is responsible for achievement of project construction targets in time, within budget and to the right level of quality and with highest EHS standards

• Conduct System Testing Supervision and management of the overall activities in the field.

• Verification that electrical materials and protection requirements as per contract and standard.

• Plan work prior by ensuring the availability of all required items such as materials or labors

• Managing communications between all parties involved in the on-site development of the project.

• Monitoring the work closely to ensure that progress is going as per the plan.

• Ensuring compliance with project specifications.

• Managing any delays or problems encountered on-site during a construction project.

• Keeping within the timescale and budget of a project.

• Managing quality control, health, and safety.

• Controlling subcontractors and clarifying the scope of work as per contract.

• Identifying and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with project management.

• Facilitate construction activities between site engineers, subcontractors, and stores Supervision and manage the overall activities in the field

• Billing to customer, executing joint verification of measurement and Payment follow ups

• Proper storage and segregation of construction material at site.

• Reporting of site nonconformance on time.

• Executing daily EHS toolbox meeting and maintaining site safety at all times.

• All Site Managers/Supervisors have the responsibility to provide first-line supervision and direction to promote responsible attitudes towards EHS. To this end, they must read and understand relevant company EHS Policy, guidelines, procedures, statutory requirements.
