• In this exciting role as Area Sales Professional- Infrastructure Vertical under SI Sales you will be responsible for driving sales of Electrification & Automation portfolio comprising on Medium Voltage Products, Systems and Solution, Protection Devices & Automation solutions i.e CRP/SAS/SCADA, System Study Consulting & Software, EV Charging portfolio and Service Business across different portfolios.

• You will be primarily focusing on developing business through active sales to direct end customers , large to small EPCs and Channel partners / Distributors which are actively serving Infrastructure Customers viz. Metro Rail & Indian Railways, Defence, Real Estate Developers, Data Centers, Smart Cities & Institutional Campuses, PHED, CPWD, Water & Irrigation Deptt etc.

• Proactively engaging with Consultants & Specifiers to ensure product empanelment & approvals, introduce new solutions and value proposition by pitching innovating Digitalization Services & Sustainability portfolios.

• KPIs will encompass increasing Order Volume from retention & conversion accounts, improve market share, acquiring new & scaling Digitalization & Sustainability business, Customer Relationship Management, Opportunity Management in CRM tool and maintaining high data quality, improving NPS, Cross BU collaboration to bundle complete SI Portfolio & increasing share of wallet

• The role requires good understanding of MV Products, Systems and Automation Solutions . Understanding the product specifications, selection of right product for offering, complying to proposal making processes and attending techno-commercial discussion with customers, consultants and employers.

• Continuously track & capture Market intelligence i.e Updates on Projects/ Market trends / Competitor information, order won/ loss analysis etc.

• Coordinate timely resolution of customer concerns & closure of complaints.

• Adherence to the sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals & documentation.

Requirements

• B.E/ B.Tech Electrical / Electronics Engineer with 10-15 years of relevant Sales experience

• Knowledge of Power Distribution & Automation Products, Systems & Solutions for urban infrastructure projects for Cities , Institutional & Industrial Campuses

• Possesses strong understanding of Business processes and Commercial Terms & Conditions

• Good networking skills and ability to develop & maintain positive relationship with key decision makers & influencers in the industry.

• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.

• A positive attitude, result orientation, leadership skills demonstrating ownership, collaboration and growth mindset.

• You will be expected to spend 60-80% of your time with the customers in Active Sales

• Ability to cope with competing demands, prioritize tasks and time management to be effective in your role.
