The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking clients and internal technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

• Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and solutions for technical issues related to software, hardware, networks, and systems.

• Translate technical documents, reports, and user manuals from Japanese to English and vice versa.

• Participate in IT projects that involve Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring that requirements are well understood and met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, network, and support teams) to deliver quality IT services and solutions.

• Provide training to team members in Japanese as necessary.

• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, ensuring they are accessible in both Japanese and English.

Who You Are

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal.

• IT Skills:

• Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure), databases, or programming languages is a plus.

• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.

• Experience in working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural team is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
