Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze complex operational data and provide actionable insights on key metrics such as SLA, shrinkage, and capacity planning
Partner with Sr. Workforce Planners to design workflows and ensure robust integration with existing systems.
Help deliver advanced forecasting, trending, and operational analysis to support strategic and tactical decision-making
Implementation of CI/CD processes using GitHub/Snowflake to streamline development workflows
Design scalable, cloud-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization’s cloud transformation
Develop and maintain SSAS cubes to enable advanced analytics and decision support
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data solutions, and manage expectations
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure users effectively utilize implemented systems and tools
Collaborate with teammates to align data solutions with organizational goals
Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and enhancement to improve data quality and accessibility
Research and recommend best practices for data management, system workflows, and planning methodologies

Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in data analysis, systems development, and workforce planning
Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, SnowSQL), cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and ETL tools (SSIS, Python, Azure Data Factory, etc.)
Solid background in data warehousing, data modeling, and advanced analytics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Workforce Management, or a related field
Experience with workforce management systems and related metrics
Experience in large-scale cloud migrations and data pipeline optimization
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
Familiarity with building and maintaining SSAS cubes for analytics
