Essential Job Functions:

• Ensuring meeting of SLAs/KPIs

• Plan resource allocation for optimum utilization

• To work with senior management at onshore

• Keep a check on all deliverables and perform reporting

• Managing escalations

• Coordinating between different functions, segments

• Interviewing/assessing candidates for open positions

• Driving process improvements

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 16-24 years of experience in leading teams in CRE

• Good analytical skills

• To spearhead teams across different processes

• Lead transitions of new processes/activities and tasks.

• B.Com/ M.Com/MBA from an institute of repute.

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency with MS Office suite

• Self-starters

• Project management bent of mind.

• Ability to work in shifts based on business requirements

• Strong business acumen and flexibility

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
