Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis:

  • Leverage experience with using business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data

  • Assist with the data engineering lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, test, deployment and maintenance

  • Resilience Planning:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive resilience plans for critical business functions

  • Advise on potential threats and vulnerabilities

  • Testing and Maintenance:

  • Assist in security control validation and resilience exercises to validate the effectiveness of plans and identify areas for improvement

  • Maintain and update resilience plans as needed to reflect changes in technology, processes, or regulatory requirements

  • Incident Response:

  • Assist in preparing the organization for response activities in the event of cyber related event

  • Ensure teams take measures to activate resilience plans and manage the recovery process

  • Training and Awareness:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security controls and resilience procedures and their roles in cyber related events

  • Promote awareness of resilience best practices and encourage employee participation in drills and exercises

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Data Analyst with around 2 - 5 years of experience in research, development and deployment of products related to Data Solutions to support Analyses

  • Solid experience in resilience recovery planning, implementation, and testing

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks

  • Knowledge of information security methodologies and best practices

  • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven solid organizational and time management skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Demonstrated ability to derive reporting from large and complex data sets. Understanding and experience with concepts of Business Recovery and ransomware readiness and response

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with incident response and crisis management

  • Experience and understanding of Analytics and Data Engineering, SQL, PowerBI, Python

  • Familiarity with data backup and recovery technologies
