Job Title : Senior Engineer
Experience : 7-9 Years
Job Description:
We are seeking a self-driven and highly skilled Senior Engineer with 7-9 years of experience in software development, particularly with Python and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable applications, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS. Knowledge of AI/ML technologies is a plus. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within global, cross-cultural teams.
Required Skills:
Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in Python .
Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS for deploying and managing applications.
Workflow Orchestration : Experience with Airflow .
Big Data Processing : Experience with PySpark or similar big data frameworks.
Problem Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Self-Driven : Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently, managing time and priorities effectively.
Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in global, cross-cultural teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Python and cloud technologies.
Collaborate with architects and team leads to design, build, and implement scalable and robust software solutions.
Work with cloud providers like GCP and AWS to build and deploy applications.
Utilize Airflow for workflow orchestration and PySpark for distributed data processing.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
Take initiative and ownership of projects, working independently when needed, with minimal supervision.
Contribute to the team by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
Collaborate effectively with global teams, communicating clearly on project goals, issues, and solutions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and cloud technologies.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
