Job Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our Global Operations Supply Chain Systems function. This role will support three business lines through system management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The position reports to the Supply Chain System Lead and requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide system support and maintenance across multiple supply chain platforms and tools.

• Manage data integration with Wood Mackenzie Power Advocate and other critical business systems.

• Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft Power BI and Excel

• Create and optimize automated workflows using Power Automation

• Maintain and update data in Microsoft Lists and related collaboration tools.

• Monitor data quality and identify/correct exceptions in large datasets.

• Analyze patterns in system usage and data to recommend process improvements.

• Document procedures and maintain system documentation.

• Provide training and support to end users.

• Execute regular transactional activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

• Experience with business intelligence tools, preferably Power BI

• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.

• Experience in data analysis and pattern recognition.
