Nielsen Executive Assistant in Gurgaon, India

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and self organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role involves managing administrative tasks like calendar, travel and expenses; supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar for 1 or more Sr. Executives using Google Calendar.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expanse management.

  • Handle office errands, including purchasing stationery, event coordination etc.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in Word Processing Tools (G Suite or Microsoft Calendar, Excel, and Word).

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Preferred candidates should reside in the NCR region.

  • Ownership of a self conveyance (2-wheeler, car) is preferred for office errands (not mandatory).

  • The role requires work from the office on most days and coordinating with the US teams during late evenings.

Eligibility:

  • 0-5 years of experience

  • Freshers are welcome
