Job Description:

This position conducts work directly related to general business operations in an organization or

functional area. The work requires basic knowledge gained from regular college / university curriculum

and special interest towards data analysis. The position includes work requiring the consistent exercise

of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

• Familiarize with the fundamentals of estimating, particularly Direct Field Costs (DFC) and Fluor

Services costs

• Familiarize with estimating terminology and basic concepts.

• Familiarize with Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Elements as relating to Estimate / Execution Data.

• Develop understanding on existing solutions utilizing standard procedures and techniques.

• Develop understanding on key project attributes

• Familiarize with the Data Capturing templates, Data Processing instructions, User Manuals, Guidelines and Practices.

• Assist higher‐level specialist in the data processing effort of complex projects / proposals.

• Develop understanding and skills on data analysis to identify patterns and trends.

• Understand the benefits of collaboration with project / proposal teams to ensure data is properly collected, processed, and stored.

• Understand the benefits of timely communication; communicate findings and recommendations with project / proposal stakeholders.

• Familiarize with cross‐functional team members in issue identification, and solution development discussions: these discussions ensure that data normalizing is done in‐line with the Chart of Accounts (CoA).

• Learn to organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Assist in the preparation of tasks in all areas of HDC

• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards

• Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.

• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job.

• May need to travel to attend to business related matters.

• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.

• Other duties as assigned.
