The Team: C&RS (Credit & Risk Solutions) is a division of the Market Intelligence group at S&P Global. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Third-Party Risk Technology team, which is tasked with delivering the KY3P platform—a comprehensive vendor management lifecycle solution that acts as a centralized hub for third-party due diligence and monitoring. KY3P's mission is to provide insights and analytics that proactively manage third-party relationships, boosting efficiency, resilience, and innovation for our users while supporting informed risk, diligence, and procurement decisions. Its advanced analytics capabilities empower firms to extract valuable insights from risk data, improving decision-making processes. Furthermore, customized workflow features facilitate the seamless integration of KY3P into existing organizational frameworks. Responsibilities:

  • Support enthusiastic teams in critical technology systems, guiding business partners with industry best practices and solution design.

  • Collaborate directly with developers to ensure that project goals are met and delivery timelines are adhered to.

  • Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiency and performance.

  • Coach teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.

  • Work with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and identify necessary skills.

  • Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies effectively.

  • Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.

  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, prioritized, and understood.

  • Maintain open communication lines to ensure status transparency across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery.

  • Experienced technologist with a background in release planning and delivery.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with developers to focus on timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

  • A team-first, empathetic leader with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master.

  • Certified PSM or CSM.
