    Role Responsibilities

    The incumbent in this role will be a part of our India Consulting team and will provide support for the timely delivery of live client projects/ proposals/ special assignments. The incumbent will be expected to undertake various tasks assigned as a requirement of the project and the organization.

  • Understand client requirements to identify project scope, propose comparators and suggest right practice set for benchmarking

  • Drive activities including job matching, data alignment, data analysis, quantum valuation and benchmarking report creation

  • Project Management – Manages projects of small to mid - complexity.

  • Conduct Surveys to collect compensation data from Corporate & Business Firms to help them benchmark the external competitive market, or prevailing rate, for jobs or skill sets that are comparable to those within the organization. Organizations use this data to evaluate their standing vis-a-via other organizations

  • Conduct quantitative & statistical analysis of compensation & benefits data to draw insightful solutions.

  • Project Delivery: Working on live client projects as a team member along with consultants & project managers.

  • Client Relationship Management: Interact with Clients to collect and analyze data, come up with first draft of insights for client reports.

  • Provide support to projects from kick-off, background research, working on deliverables, and final presentation.

  • Preparing proposal documents, presentations and spreadsheets along with consultants.

  • Do the background research and prepare for client meetings, presentations, workshops, focus group, interviews etc. along with consultants.

  • Emerge as a knowledge champion by anchoring three key activities:

    o Work with SMEs in Asia and India to build consulting toolkits in each solution set

    o Enable content for thought-leadership based marketing on social media and through white papers

    o Setting and scaling a SharePoint which captures all the historical information of the practice

    Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Should be able to confidently hold conversations with senior partners and clients.

  • Openness to contributing to initiatives with a short learning curve

  • Ability to work independently and as an initiative leader across multiple projects.

  • Key Behaviors: Problem Solving Ability, Teams with Others, Strong Analytical ability,

  • Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies
