This position is for a Handyman with a company in Biloxi, MS.
Summary: We are looking for good natured people who are willing to work well with others as well as with management staff. We are a Manufactured Home Park and fix up homes to sell and for people to move into in a reasonable amount of time.
Duties and Responsibilities: This job includes but is not limited to: skirting, pressure washing, painting, plumbing, installing appliances, pool maintenance, building porches, mowing lawns, tearing out carpeting, removal of property, keeping the work spaces organized, cutting down tree limbs, repairing busted waterlines in the park, reading water meters, handing out notices when asked to do so.
