Nextaff Gulf Coast Facility Technician in Gulfport, Mississippi

This position provides services and maintenance assuring the safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment utilized for the performance of required duties.
On many occasions, the Facilities Technician Level 1 will work independently with supervision and will also be responsible for assisting in the determination of the actual needs for material and equipment, in order to inquire about information as to availability, prices and delivery.
The individual will be required to make daily inspections at various work sites.
This position requires having an expansive knowledge of the services and repairs of all facilities within the organization.
An employee in this position must have good working knowledge of building structures and ancillary equipment.
Exterior facility maintenance such as pressure washing of buildings and parking lots will require working on Saturdays and Sundays.
Will be responsible for completing all work assignments taking appropriate corrective action and response in all immediate emergencies requiring skilled maintenance repairs.
