This is a CRE Administrative Specialist position located in the Gulfport, Ms area. 

JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: The Corporate Real Estate Admin Specialist directs the Whitney Parking Garage 3rd Party Vendor Management Company for maximum revenue to the bank through the oversight of contracts, rates, property management, and maintenance, and provides diversified and confidential administrative support to the Director of CRE and Facilities Management. Administers the marketing, leasing and disposition of Berwick LLC portfolio and Grandfathered Assets. The Specialist oversees 3rd party contractors, real estate professionals, attorneys, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the Whitney Garage by directing 3rd party vendor. Directs managers to address deficiencies. Acts as liaison between Human Resources Recruiting and Benefits for associate parking contracts, enrollment and cancellation. Maintains associate waiting list. Assists Management and Associates with operational matters. Manages a broad spectrum of tenant leases owned by the Berwick LLC consisting of agricultural, hunting, trapping, fishing and oil and gas. Administers real estate and marketing and sale/lease transactions as it relates to the Grandfathered Assets providing requested information to developers, real estate brokers, architects, contractors and engineers as needed. Prepares complex real estate informational packages/presentations as directed by Director of Corporate Real Estate for Executive Management. As well as prepares and assembles reports, presentations, real estate sale packages and other variety of documents including correspondence and memoranda. Communicates, directs, and interacts with both internal and external clients-, attorneys, brokers, surveyors, engineers, agents, customers and potential buyers. Tracks Real Estate Legal Assignments. Updates and administers departmental Policies and Procedures Assists in the analysis, review and approval, presentation, distribution, and tracking of Requests for Proposals and other data compilation requirements (i.e. recap storm damages assessments, Real estate projects, etc.). Responsible for any special projects, other duties and tasks assigned. Performs administrative duties for Director of Corporate Real Estate. Organizes meeting/events including preparing agenda, planning logistics, and requesting equipment. Facilitates audit communications between Director's Senior Staff. Acts as Team Leader for Business Unit Continuity Coordination (Disaster Recovery) with event duties including the monitoring 24/7 of the Bank-wide Property Damage Assessment E-Mailbox.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: High school diploma or equivalent with 6 years related experience. A Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years in Real Estate industry strongly preferred. Real Estate license or industry recognized Professional designation is strongly preferred. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems. Ability to successfully communicate - both verbally and written. Excellent customer service skills. Self-direction and the ability to work un-supervised. Team player and ability to work with others. Experience with customer relations with proven customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to respond to a variety of multiple tasks/situations with both creativity and resourcefulness. 

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to operate a keyboard if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
