Atlas Hospitality and Housing Solution, LLC (Gulf Shores, Alabama) has 50 F/T Temp. Line Cook: (04/01/2025-10/31/2025). 40 hours/week, 2:00pm-10:00pm M,W,F-SU (Schedule varies, hours vary). $14.54/hour - OT $21.81/hour paid bi weekly on Friday. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. DUTIES: Cook food according to menu and number of guests to be served, set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, making sauces, dividing herbs, etc.). Clean up station and stock inventory, responsible for complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards. No education. req'd. No Experience exp. req'd. No training. All tools/supplies req'd, provided at no cost. The employer offers optional round-trip daily transportation to/from worksite at a cost of $10 per day($50/week). Worksite at: 3750 Gulf Shores Pkwy., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Employer will offer workers optional lodging at a cost of $112.50 per week for rent and utilities. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contractor where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place, the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). For certified periods of emp. 120 days or more, employer guarantees work equal to 3/4 of workdays in each 12-wk period of total emp. pd.
