SummaryResponsible for generating and promoting WorldNet’s wholesale services as a facilities-based provider. Develop strong and long-term business relationships and alliances with other telecom providers, local, domestic and international. Structure the Wholesale area and keep actively involved in the creation of products and services; resolve and/or escalate referred situations and customer criticism to ensure total customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.□Promote facilities-based services.□Identify new potential services at a wholesale level and capitalize on the opportunities.□Maintain solid relationships with IXC’s and LEC’s as well as large traffic customers, local, domestic & international.□Serve as main business point of contact with wholesale customers. Primary communication will be handled with partner’s senior management.□Drive/implement activities and process changes to improve customer satisfaction.□Ensure the level of sales effort is maintained and consistent with the goals. □Present reports to IT Director analyzing trends, issues and problems while suggesting correction plans.□Ensure the level of sales effort is maintained and consistent with the goals. □Develop wholesale products and services in coordination with the Marketing and Engineering groups.□Aid in the development of key strategic relationships to enhance our product portfolio.□Develop sales strategies with each assigned partner as needed to begin sales production, increase sales production, or improve sales mix of higher revenue.□Serve as liaison between resellers and the rest of the company.□Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the program aligned with the company’s vision.□Maintain documentation policy that stores all partners and customer’s information organized and secure.□Interface with other groups within the company to effectively coordinate the implementation of services acquired by customers. □Travel when required seeking relationships, developing opportunities, growing our presence and participating on Industry related forums and expos.□Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by IT Director.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This Job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) in Administration, Engineering or related field, from four-year College or university; and ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in Telecom a must.Experience in analyzing and customizing wholesale carrier solutions.Experience dealing with IXC’s and LEC’sLANGUAGE SKILLS Strong communications skills: verbal, written and standup presentation Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.Fully Bilingual, verbal and written. (Spanish - English).
