Accenture First Article Inspection (FAI) Quality Auditor Analyst in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
Quality Auditor Analyst
Santa Isabel, PR (Location is Non-Negotiable)
This candidate will perform process quality document assessments for verification of First Article Inspection (FAI) assessments per AS9102 for verification of customer requirements. Duties to include:
Execute transactions with minimal direction
Conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for complex processes
Be responsible of Workflow Coordination, when required
Train and guide new joiners with the standardized process
Conduct metrics tracking on a continual basis to meet the increasing FAI load throughout the year
Provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements
Collaborate with the team lead to conduct and drive effective problem solving and process enhancements
Document all new learning s or change s in processes in the standard format and seek relevant approvals on a periodic basis
Create training and guidance on process changes and provide these to the rest of the team impacted
May serve as technical and functional resource or super users to other team members
When required, develop maintain audit processes and ensure compliance with ISO and or quality certifications
Job Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in detailed blueprint drawing and interpretation
Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience structuring and reviewing First Article Inspection (FAI) packages per AS9102
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Knowledge of manufacturing and inspection as well as use of hand measuring tools
Proficient in MS Office to include Excel (reporting) and Outlook
Ability to read and interpret audit reports
Data analysis experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
