We are looking for a talented HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST to join our team specializing in HUMAN RESOURCES in GUARULHOS, SAO PAULO, BRASIL.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Solid experience in Human Resources (5+ years). HR Generalist experience is required, support operations functions.

• Familiarity with Brazilian labor law.

• Advanced level of English.

• Hybrid position.

• Preferred expertise areas: Manufacturing, automotive or metallurgic.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Main point of contact for leaders and all employees in the region. Manage queries related to HR, policies, and procedures.

• Providing support and guidance to leaders in performance evaluations, improvement plans, career development plans, promotions, lateral moves, and labor relations issues.

• Implementing disciplinary actions, managing voluntary and involuntary resignations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Conducting analysis and respond to compensation-related inquiries.

• Main point of contact to union representatives.

• Providing operational support to union negotiation process (ex: collective bargaining, agreement package)
