职务描述

技能和资质：

  1. 熟练掌握TRI AXI的程序制作和误报调试(或者Vitrox品牌 )，具有AXI和AOI两种技能者优先录用.

  2. 熟练掌握IPC标准　　　

    1. 从事AXI测试工作2年以上经验 　

    2. 熟练使用万用表、水平仪等测试设备。 　

    3. 具备出色的问题解决和诊断能力。 　

    4. 能够阅读和理解技术手册和原理图。 　

    5. 具备良好的沟通技巧，能与团队成员和部门之间进行有效交流。

    6. 注重细节，致力于高质量的工作。 　

    7. 学历：大专/本科学位，本科优先 　

主要职责：　　　

　　　　

  1. 协助NPI程序制作&优化,根据日常生产数据分析，优化AXI测试程序

    1. 培训技术员判定AXI defect.　　

  2. 执行定期维护和检查，以便发现并预防潜在问题。

    1. 对 AXI 系统的故障进行排查和诊断，运用合适的工具和技术。

    2. 修复或恢复测试系统功能。　　

  3. 准确记录所有维护、维修和安装活动。 　

  4. 与其他技术员和工程师合作，共同解决复杂的技术问题。

    1. KPI 目标：优化NDF,提升FPY
