Accountability ：

• Determine technology and product roadmap, with the support of Product Management.

• 在产品管理的支持下，确定技术和产品路线图。

• Design and development of new SDL products, is New Product Innovation (NPI) Products, from concept to industrialization and launch, as per the specification from Product Management and according to timeline and budget requirements.

• 设计和开发新的SDL产品，即新产品创新(NPI)产品，从概念到产业化和上市，根据产品管理的规格，并根据时间表和预算要求;

• Good corporation with the innovation team for the new product development and cooperate with the sourcing team for the best cost in materials.

• 与创新团队合作，与生产及采购合作

• Improvement and face-lifting of existing SDL products, is Continuous Product Innovation (CPI) Projects, based on internal and external feedback, in terms of features, reliability, quality, cost etc.

• 根据内部和外部反馈，在功能、可靠性、质量、成本等方面对现有SDL产品进行改进和改造，是持续产品创新(CPI)项目。

• Take part in new product project establishment, feasibility study and overall scheme generation.

• 参与新产品项目立项、可行性研究及总体方案制定;

• Make the project plan, manage the schedule, coordinate the R&D resource, ensure that the NPD projects are delivered on schedule, within the requirements of functions and performances；

• 制定项目计划，管理项目进度，协调研发资源，确保新产品开发项目在功能和性能要求范围内按时交付;

• Run the daily management: collect the information and data, solve the problems.

• 运行日常管理:收集信息和数据，解决问题;

• 7. Manage a team of electronic hardware, firmware and mechanical engineers，and report to R&D director

• 管理电子硬件，固件和机械工程师团，向研发总监汇报

  Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanical，Electronic/electrical etc.

• 本科及以上学历， 机械设计 、机械、电子/电气等专业

• 10 years above home appliances, consumer electronics, industrial product development experience.

• • 10年以上家电、消费电子、工业产品开发经验。

• 5 years above R&D team management experience.

• 5年以上研发团队管理经验。

• Good communication, coordination, and leadership.

• 良好的沟通、协调和领导能力

• Experience in mechanical design, understanding of firmware and hardware technology

• 有机械设计经验，了解固件和硬件技术

• 6.. Good command English communication, English can be used as a common working language.

• 良好的英语沟通能力，能将英语作为通用工作语言。
