You will help manage and maintain the facilities of a site/office (excluding manufacturing and IT-related areas) to ensure a conducive and comfortable work environment in accordance to health, safety, environment and security policy, guidelines and requirements.

How you will contribute

You will:

• 第三方服务管理（班车，餐厅，清洁、绿化、安保等厂区外包服务、生产线外包服务等供应商管理）

• 工厂用工成本及预算管理，用工合规性监管；

• 工时工资考勤系统管理（包括考勤系统管理、员工工资计算和发放、社保公积金缴纳，对接外部的报告数据等）

• 蓝领员工招聘和入离职管理；

• 其他行政相关事务（员工大会、工厂活动、访客接待、奖励发放等支持）

任职资格：

1.全日制本科及以上学历，行政和人力资源及相关专业为佳；

2. 5年以上相关工作经验；其中工厂3年及以上相关经验；

3. 熟悉国家、地区人力资源方面的相关法律法规及政策；

4. 具备较强的计划性和实施执行和沟通协作的能力。
