Eaton Corporation MOEM Regional Sales Manager, South in Guangzhou, China
What you’ll do:
Focus on MOEM South Region and leverage resources to drive the business growth to achieve the annual order and sales budget to make a incremental growth to business
Be responsible for achieving MOEM South regional sales targets and driving sales initiatives, improving sales productivity
Be responsible for building regional sales capability and talent development; provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure sales behavior are compliance with Eaton value and philosophy.
Set up the growth strategy and focused segments together with China sales director, and work out detailed execution plan.
Set up the second tier leadership talent pool. Find out, coach and stretch the top talents to the next level.
Responsible for proactively identifying market opportunity, and providing leadership to ensure sales growth, increased market share and development of new solution selling competencies.
Assigns sales territories and goals to MOEM South regional sales team, and provides appropriate support, guidance, corrective actions and discipline actions if necessary.
Understands and translates business strategy into sales initiatives, motivates, communicates and leads MOEM South regional sales team in effective execution of strategy.
Prepare necessary plans, forecasts and budgets including personnel, sales revenue.
Accurately produce weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Gather data on market trends, competitors, competitive products and pricing and reports regularly to the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in electrical or related fields
At least 8 years sales management experience or similar position in electrical field.
Hand-on experience in approaching multi-nationals and large accounts and possess a proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, business plans, forecasts, budgets and ultimately sales results.
Proven organizational design and process skills and be capable to optimize market condition, serve new types of customers and support and service new product solutions.
Must have a moderate level of technical aptitude in order to effectively communicate with customers and understand engineering on product and application requirements.
Solid leadership skills and business acumen.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs as Excel, Word, Power Point.
Be willing to travel frequently.
