Description and Requirements
工作职责：
智能化园区系统（门禁、考勤、安防、楼宇智能化、能源管理等）的应用分析与推广；
智能化园区系统的功能完善（设计规划）；
智能化数据中台规划、建设与运维；
基础设施及行政后勤数字化系统维护（智能化专业工程技术问题分析与解决）与新需求设计规划（智能化专业设计技术方案、设计文件及深化设计的审核与建议）；
智能化工程项目设计及现场履约服务与监控。
任职要求：
大学本科及以上学历，计算机或网络工程等相关理工科专业；
具备网络架构设计能力，熟悉数据中台、智能数仓、PLM、禅道、Confluence等工具及其他办公软件，熟练使用Office、Python等软件；
对云计算、大数据、物联网、AI、Vue、Java、R语言等相关技术具有一定的了解，对相关领域有足够认知和洞察能力，能前瞻性地理解技术发展趋势和应用场景；
出色的沟通和协调能力，良好的项目管理能力，问题解决能力和团队合作精神，有数据治理相关项目交付经验优先
英语听说读写能力强，能够流利地进行工作交流和项目文档编写。
