Description and Requirements
Business Operations Administrator/ Sales Operations Administrator
You will:
Responsible for contract administration of project works covering regions including Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia; reviewing project contracts and verifying accuracy complying with company rules and guidelines
Handle contract validation, tender management, procurement administration and billing requests
Maintain a comprehensive database of projects documents
Work with relevant parties to collect contract / project related documents
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
You bring:
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
Minimum 1 years of administration working experience, preferably in project / contract administration
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of both spoken and written Putonghua and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Details-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated and a good learning attitude
Immediate available is preferred
