Description and Requirements
Job descriptions：
Co-work with Lenovo GE x-function team, is responsible for optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the EMS plant.
Works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with inspection procedures.
3.support the design and development of tooling, as well as responsibilities related to engineering, including engineering issue analysis, inspection work instruction updates, and training of inspection personnel.
Lead the project and conduct with the EMS to evaluate and develop E2E automation with new technologies implemented based on Lean concept in building up the production line, material flow, layout with high efficiency and UPPH, from automation concept proposal, machine selection, process design, process parameter validation to equipment release.
Take the NPI related on-site trouble shooting and issue collection/analyzing.
Take the India Dixon/Indonesia PT.SN L1 End to End Engineering (It will take the manufacturing/Box Test/Data Engineering) On-Site Management/Support.
Work with EMS Function team making the Continue-Improvement Plan and Drive the EMS make it happened. (the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.)

1.与联想GE x职能团队合作，负责优化和支持生产流程，以提高EMS工厂的效率、质量和安全性。
2.努力确保所有流程和工具都能最佳运行，同时保持高质量标准并遵守检查程序。
3.负责工装的设计和开发，以及与工程相关的职责，包括工程问题分析、检验工作说明更新和检验人员培训。
4.领导项目并与EMS合作，评估和开发基于精益概念实施的新技术的E2E自动化，从自动化概念建议、机器选择、工艺设计、工艺参数验证到设备发布，建立生产线、物流、高效布局和UPPH。
5.负责新产品导入相关的现场故障排查和问题收集/分析。
6.以印度Dixon/印度尼西亚PT.SN L1端到端工程（将进行制造/箱测试/数据工程）现场管理/支持为例。
7.与EMS职能团队合作制定持续改进计划，并推动EMS实现。（优化制造流程，确定需要改进的领域，并实施解决方案以提高效率和生产力。）
Requirements：
Familiar with E2E PC product manufacturing engineering management, starting from BOM data, manufacturing engineering to test engineering.
Familiar with PC product development process, NPI process, manufacturing process, system, network and engineering technical solutions, with proven expertise in finding quick and effective solutions to complex technical problems in PC product manufacturing engineering field.
Master in at least one type of programming language, f.e. Python, C# etc.
Fluently speak English, be skilled in reading and writing English documents.
5.Team orientated, good communication skills, organizational capacity and collaboration capability.
- Bachelor degree or above on Electronic engineering, Communication engineering, Mechanical engineering, Automation, Microelectronics or related field.

3.至少掌握一种编程语言，如Python、C#等。
4.英语口语流利，能熟练读写英文文件。
5.团队意识强，良好的沟通能力、组织能力和协作能力。
6.电子工程、通信工程、机械工程、自动化、微电子或相关专业本科以上学历。
