Job Description

1) Providing adhesive and tape solutions to customers according to their product designs, assisting in prototype and process development

2) Trouble-shooting problems for customer during mass production, handling quality complaints about adhesive and tape with professionalism

3) Translating voices of customer and market to technical details, providing ideas for new product development. Conducting field test of new products and providing reliable feedback for further improvement

4) Product and technology training for customers and sales colleagues

5) Working closely with marketing, manufacturing and other relevant colleagues, communication and cooperation with foreign colleagues.

Requirement

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry or other related fields

2) More than two years of R&D, Technical Service or Manufacturing experiences in industries such as chemical, materials, electronic assembly, etc.

3) Keen observation, Habit of deep thinking, Good practical ability

4) Good communication skills, well organized, good time management

5) Good team spirit, willing to share, fast learner
